At our Omaha fulfillment center, you will play a crucial role in the supply chain process, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently and safely. We value safety above all else and provide comprehensive training on all equipment and protocols.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure environment.
- Work in various temperature-controlled zones and adapt to changing workflows.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
