Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) in compliance with OSHA standards
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Support peak season operations with flexible scheduling availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state-issued driver's license for equipment operation
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
