Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, scheduling and delegating daily tasks
- Manage inventory control systems using provided RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using provided material handling equipment
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Coordinate with transportation team for seamless dock operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF technology (equipment provided)
- Forklift certification (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with inventory management and cycle counting
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy
- High school diploma or equivalent
