Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract 50+ shipments daily using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory with RF scanners for accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and loading docks
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience (certification preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
