Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and pallets using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Maintain accurate inventory records in cold storage facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect and sanitize storage areas to meet FDA/USDA standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in cold environments
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
