Responsibilities
- Efficiently move, sort, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems and conduct cycle counts
- Inspect products for damage and report quality discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling machinery
- Support shipping/receiving processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends as needed
