Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations during overnight shifts
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols at all times
- Train on warehouse management systems (WMS) and emerging automation technologies
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and equipment maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn WMS interfaces
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
