Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products efficiently
- Inspect and organize inventory in temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (40°F or below) for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Preferred: Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience
