Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Load, unload, and stage products within temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F).
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and safety standards.
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor.
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cold storage, warehousing, or logistics is preferred.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is a major plus.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments for extended shifts.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
