Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Safely load/untract 20-40 pallets daily with zero incident record
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Coordinate with inventory team for precise stock rotation and FIFO compliance
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards and safety protocols
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for real-time inventory tracking
- Train new operators on equipment safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- OSHA Forklift Certification with 3+ years of experience
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Proven ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work 8-12 hour shifts
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Experience in temperature-controlled environments a plus
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
