Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts with precision to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Execute daily cycle counts and inventory audits with 99% accuracy
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while operating heavy machinery
- Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with 5S standards
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Train junior operators on safety procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current and verifiable)
- 3+ years of experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts
- Proven ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
