Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment with precision and efficiency
- Load/unload shipments in compliance with safety standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory tracking and warehouse organization systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols

Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
