Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and automated systems with precision to move high-value inventory
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce operational costs
- Conduct meticulous inventory audits using RF scanners and WMS software
- Maintain 5S compliance standards across all storage and handling areas
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet critical delivery deadlines
- Train junior staff on advanced material handling protocols and safety procedures
- Generate real-time performance reports using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume warehouse/material handling experience
- OSHA forklift certification and hazardous materials handling credentials
- Advanced proficiency with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and RF scanning
- Demonstrated ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate in temperature-controlled environments
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent process optimization certification
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory reconciliation and cycle counting
- OSHA 10-hour certification and HazMat awareness training
- Valid Washington State driver's license
