Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials in warehouse settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety and efficiency
- Manage inventory using WMS systems to maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflows
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload shipments while verifying documentation and quantities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
