Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized storage systems
- Package and prepare shipments for timely dispatch
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operations
- Complete digital documentation in warehouse management system
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with inventory systems
