Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (conveyors, scanners, scales) with precision and safety
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in order packing or warehouse operations
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
