Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate automated packaging equipment and quality control systems
- Maintain real-time inventory counts in WMS software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA and safety protocols in a climate-controlled facility
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-volume warehouse operations
- Proficient with RF scanning devices and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends/holidays)
