About the Role:
We're seeking a meticulous Order Packer to ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This position is critical to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99.9% accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Operate automated packaging equipment and material handling tools safely
- Perform quality control checks on packed orders before shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies immediately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize packing processes to reduce material waste and improve efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or order packing experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with barcode scanners and inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Forklift certification (OSHA-certified) preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
