Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and stock rotation protocols
- Operate advanced warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, AS/RS systems)
- Process high-volume order fulfillment with 99.9% accuracy
- Implement stringent safety standards and OSHA compliance measures
- Coordinate cross-functional team operations for peak efficiency
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Maintain 5S workplace organization standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or distribution center experience
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid California driver's license
