Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently pack orders according to company standards and safety regulations.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure correct labeling and documentation.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and delays.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
