Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using RF scanners and ensure packages are ready for timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and managing inventory data.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse (training provided if certified).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep aisles clear, shelves organized, and the workspace clean to ensure operational efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging integrity.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available for part-time shifts, including weekends or evenings as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices.
