Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed using RF scanners and automated systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time warehouse management software
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality assurance and packaging integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse or order fulfillment experience
- Proficiency with inventory management systems and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
