Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse personnel with provided equipment
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures for all equipment operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows using provided WMS technology
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and inventory departments
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and report operational issues
- Analyze performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- Forklift certification and experience with provided warehouse machinery
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory control software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
