Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using manual methods and forklifts
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) per OSHA standards
- Complete shipping/receiving documentation and reports
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
