Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications using automated and manual systems
- Operate packing machinery (conveyors, scanners, sealers) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity and order accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory and workstations for optimal productivity
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily shipping targets
- Document packing activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years of warehouse/packing experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons
