Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed
- Operate packaging equipment including automated taping machines and shrink-wrap systems
- Verify order accuracy and maintain detailed inventory records
- Collaborate with quality control team to ensure product integrity
- Maintain clean and organized workstation following OSHA standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for packing processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or packing experience required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail with error rates under 1%
- Valid Nevada driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
