Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify against purchase orders
- Organize and maintain clean, organized storage areas to maximize space efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Pittsburgh facility
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening (background check not required)
