Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision and speed using RF scanners
- Verify order accuracy against packing slips and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, shrink wrappers) safely
- Maintain organized storage areas and inventory counts
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve shipping discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- RF scanner experience or willingness to learn
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
