Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize packaging efficiency to reduce material costs while ensuring product protection
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain real-time data accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain a 5S-compliant workspace for maximum operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order fulfillment experience
- OSHA-certified forklift operation or willingness to obtain certification
- Proven ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and stand for 8+ hours
- Advanced proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle WMS)
- Strong mathematical aptitude for inventory reconciliation
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred for diverse team collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
