Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packing equipment (e.g., tape dispensers, scales, scanners) efficiently
- Inspect products for damage or defects before packaging
- Maintain organized and clean workstations following 5S principles
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/packing experience required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (for equipment operation)
- Forklift certification a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
