Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (Certification provided).
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process returns and damaged goods according to SOPs.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize packing workflows.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a warehouse setting.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston location.
