Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations.
- Coordinate logistics and shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams and driving operational goals.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
- Valid Forklift Certification and OSHA safety training are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred.
