Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols for refrigerated and frozen products
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments (-10°F to 30°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package food products according to safety standards
- Manage inventory using RF scanning technology
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
