Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision
- Maintain organized and secure warehouse environment through proper stocking
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with overnight team to achieve daily/weekly targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Ability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) with reliability
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
