Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move high-value merchandise
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain strict safety protocols for overnight shift operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics flow
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outbound shipments
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/forklift experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for 12-hour overnight shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
