Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations and stock rotation in climate-controlled environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols and equipment checks
- Coordinate with day-shift team for seamless handovers
- Utilize warehouse management software (RF scanning experience preferred)
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule
- Basic computer proficiency
- Pass background check and drug screening
