Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship high-value electronics and consumer goods
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a temperature-controlled environment
- Perform inventory audits using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain strict safety protocols including OSHA compliance and hazard prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with overnight shift preference
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
- Proficient with RF scanners and basic warehouse software (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in inventory control
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday-Friday
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
