Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, pack, and seal orders accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status and location.
- Assist in the organization of warehouse aisles and storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
