Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to efficiently move inventory within 500,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping processes with 99.5% accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory tracking using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while handling hazardous materials and oversized freight
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily throughput targets of 2,000+ units
- Perform preventative maintenance on warehouse equipment and report operational issues
- Maintain 5S workplace standards for optimal efficiency and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics experience with overnight shift background
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in order fulfillment
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
