Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely and accurately
- Verify product quality and quantity against shipping/receiving documentation
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Prepare and process shipping documents with precision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
