Responsibilities
- Operate provided forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Load/unload shipments using provided hydraulic equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts with provided scanning devices
- Follow all safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment
- Perform quality checks on products using provided inspection tools
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions using provided communication systems
- Maintain clean workspace using provided cleaning supplies
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (provided lifting equipment available)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (training provided)
- Valid driver's license (for operating warehouse vehicles if needed)
- Reliable transportation to/from facility
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (provided anti-fatigue mats)
