What You Will Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and shipments are prepared accurately.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload freight trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Efficiently pick, pack, and label customer orders with high accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain stock accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse equipment, including RF scanners and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Shipment Preparation: Wrap, seal, and stage shipments for delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Schedule: Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Certification: Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
