Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage high-volume orders for major retail and e-commerce clients
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated sorting systems with precision
- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support month-end inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy in high-pressure environments
- Proficiency with RF scanners, WMS systems, and basic Microsoft Office
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Preferred: Experience with high-volume distribution centers or e-commerce fulfillment
