Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and supervise 15+ team members, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and continuous improvement initiatives
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology and cycle counting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading and distribution
- Generate performance reports and KPI analysis for operational efficiency
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for warehouse supplies
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Data-driven decision making experience with inventory optimization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
