Responsibilities
- Lead overnight inventory operations with precision and efficiency
- Supervise team of 5-8 warehouse associates during shiftOperate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely
- Implement quality control protocols for shipping/receiving
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics activities
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse experience with leadership role
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
