Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Operate and maintain automated conveyor systems and WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols
- Optimize workflows to achieve 99.8% order accuracy
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (Forklift Operator License)
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
