Responsibilities
- Oversee 10+ person overnight shift with strict safety compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counting processes
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment protocols
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-departmental shipping/receiving operations
- Maintain OSHA compliance and incident reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA required)
- Strong inventory management knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Advanced Excel/WMS system proficiency
- Overnight shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
