Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and conveyor belts.
- Pallet Handling: Utilize pallet jacks and hand trucks to transport heavy materials within the facility.
- Inventory Verification: Assist in scanning items and verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Package Preparation: Ensure all items are properly wrapped, labeled, and staged for shipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: This is an entry-level role; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions carefully and maintain accuracy in inventory tasks.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- High School Diploma: Or equivalent GED is preferred.
