Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily workflow of the warehouse, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and performance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment inspections.
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Valid forklift certification and material handling equipment operator license.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Excel and WMS software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
