Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight inventory control and order fulfillment operations
- Train and supervise 10+ team members using performance metrics
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional dock and transportation activities
- Conduct quality audits on inbound/outbound shipments
- Generate daily performance reports for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in overnight operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
